Reading slide-deck accompanied by one or several project presentations. 

Variable hourly rate in two installments (40/60), one before the start of the project, one upon completion. The rate depends on the parameters below.

Available to accompany your team on the design and implementation of a change or a solution, 8 hours per months, for at least one year.  

We meet on a hybrid basis. 

Prepared materials for the meetings (working slide decks, charts, prepared data or just agendas), pretty much like a regular team member.

Tailored workshops for your teams, for example of engineers or managers, to either empower your team on a topic or to catalyze ideation over your problems. Workshops can be combined with the two above offer types.

We meet in person, at a venue of your choice (your premises or else), unless for specific purposes (e.g. digital board session).

Proprietary frameworks, posters and other digital tools boards (e.g. Miro boards).

Single fee, before the workshop. The rate depends on the parameters below. 

This parameter describes the number of different topics and issues treated (e.g. PMSs only or with LCA) and their managerial breadth (e.g. new solution for implementation, or for improvement)

This parameters assesses the nature of the problem from a scientific perspective - how hard is it to come up with a working solution, beyond the resources spent on it? E.g. can I solve it by thinking alone and shortly on it, or not

The agreed duration will drive the intensity of the project. E.g. the desired completion of a complex project on short notice means an intensive work style and priorization in the agenda, for which we add a premium to the rate. Naturally, the scope and complexity might also drive the duration, e.g. a very complex project will require a minimum non-compressible amount of time to achieve, and the coordination of resources to support it will also consume more time.
