We also established an end-to-end and global reporting process for Scope 3 emissions based on global product life cycle modelling. This was a 10 months long collaboration, full time.

We built a strategic foresight dashboard and refined KPIs system for the top product portfolio managers and technical strategist advisors to the CEO, to help top management steer the firm with a data-based holistic approach that includes all departments. This was a 3 months long collaboration at 60% workload.

Grillido
We created a market entry strategy for the DACH B2B market for their innovative meat alternative product lines to help the business developpers pivot away from aninmal-based products. This was a 3 months long collaboration at a 40% workload.
Grillido received the German Entrepreneur Award in 2017. It is composed of about 30 employees.
Neobinol
We created a whole laboratory concept to extract botanical material and produce phyto-nutraceutical products for the European B2B market. We also selected the raw materials suppliers and the first clients for the first sale. This project was an 18 months long collaboration at a 20% workload.
