A versatile innovation professional and reputable track of record
My name is Shannon Dyer. I am the founder of this consulting practice.Raised in the Swiss countryside, I developed an interest and passion for natural systems early on. With this passion, I decided to study Earth Sciences to learn more about it. While subsequently working in academic research, I got frustrated that his work on nature did not have much of an impact to preserve it. This decided me to pivot to Innovation and Management, which, I am convinced, could deliver greater impact.
My main partners are senior sustainability managers with whom I worked with in a stock listed firm in Switzerland. My secondary partners are ex-classmates from my professional management education in Paris and Munich.
Our educations and various experiences equip us with a unique set of thinking tools that few teams combine in as small a team. These are particularly pertinent when looking to innovate in any business activities, an inherently interdisciplinary problem.
Let's focus on the essential: giving valuable insights fueled by in-depth knowledge. You won't be charged just to look at pretty slides.
We have been facing and we overcomed similar problems within different firms: units not knowing how to innovate, CEOs not knowing how to push the units to become more innovative, etc. Therefore, our advising is based on a practitioner perspective.
I possess a Master of Sciences (MSc.) in Earth Sciences from the University of Lausanne, in Switzerland, and a professional double degree Master in Management (MiM.) and Innovation (MSc.) from HEC Paris and TU Munich, in Germany. Additionally, I hold a certificate of business concept from the Swiss Innovation agency and EPFL.
I cumulate over 4 years of research and innovation experience in research institutes, R&D departments, startup, and strategy and innovation units.
