We are multi-disciplinary professionals with a reputable track of record
Raised in the Swiss countryside, Shannon developped an interest and passion for natural systems early on. With this passion, he decided to study Earth Sciences to learn more about it. While subsequently working in academic research, he got frustrated that his work on nature did not have much of an impact to preserve it. This decided him to pivot to Innovation and Management, which he was concinced could deliver greater impact. He's now pursuing what combines these three pillars, the decarbonization of our society.
His main partners are senior sustainabilibility managers with whom he worked with in a stock listed firm in Switzerland. His secondary partners are ex-classmates from his professional management education in Paris and Munich.
Our educations and various experiences equip us with a unique set of thinking tools that few teams combine. These are particularly pertinent when looking at the decarbonization of business activities, an inherently interdisicplinar problem.
Let's focus on the essential: giving valuable insights fueled by in-depth knowledge. You won't be charged just to look at pretty slides.
We have faced and overcomed similar problems within a firm we were in together. Therefore, our advising is based on an practitioner perspective.
Shannon possesses a Master of Sciences (MSc.) in Biogeosciences from the University of Lausanne, in Switzerland, and a professional double degree Master in Management (MiM.) and Innovation (MSc.) from HEC Paris and TU Munich, in Germany. Additionally, he possesses a certificate of business concept from the Swiss Innovation agency and EPFL.
Biogeosciences is a discipline that studies the interlinking of biology and geology, for example to understand how elemental cycles (e.g. the carbon cycle) flow between reservoirs (e.g. from land plants to atmosphere and back ).
The management of innovation is the management of change, be it of process, of culture, of product features or technology, or of business model.
